STUDIO TIME PAYMENTS
- In order to confirm a session, we require a 50% deposit for sessions of 5 hours or more. For all sessions under 5 hours, as well as for mixing, mastering, video/photography services, lessons and any offsite services we provide, full payment is required before services are provided.
Cancelations
- Security deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, and may be rescheduled if rescheduled within 7 days of cancellation. "No show" sessions will be billed for the full time they booked.
Refunds
- Because the payments will be in exchange of someone's time, payments are non-refundable.
Other Info
- 1) Smoking is not permitted inside. 2) We do not allow pets in the facility. 3) The studios are kept between 69-72 degrees to protect the instruments and equipment. Please plan accordingly and bring a jacket if the temperature could be an issue for you.
